Shipping Information

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. If Item is in stock, most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days via United Parcel Service.  You will receive an email with your tracking information (when available) after your order has shipped. 

You may cancel your order as long as your products have not been shipped. Please Email us at kaizenadme@aol.com to verify whether your order has been shipped.
